House Gloriana peddles - sorry, cultivates - a specific aspect of the KN industry: the aesthetics. House Gloriana produces KN2s that are pleasing to the eye, sometimes extremely so - as well as training KN1s should the artificial versions' polished existence not appeal to the consumer's taste.

Gloriana is a very controversial house, as one of its most lucrative business practices are "custom" clones - artificially bred beings whose every physical feature has been handpicked by the consumer, and are designed to have a very short lifespan (to encourage consumer loyalty and repeat business). Gloriana Mice are bred predominantly to be beautiful, often nothing more, and are disciplined to be docile even when under duress or extreme pressure. Playing on the desires of those looking for a "pure" image to wreck or exalt is the niche that Gloriana occupies and monopolizes in North America. House Gloriana was once the stronghold of the Church, despite public sentiment, but the house has since broken away from the association due to the Church's patriarchal structure.

Other practices include: physical alterations/"corrections" using KN gene therapy, age reversal therapy, body contouring, and "doubling" (creating clones for the specific purpose of acting as doubles, for security purposes).

House Gloriana is run by three generations of matriarchs: Gloriana Weiss I (67), the founder of the House and CEO of Weiss Cosmetics; Gloriana II (49), I's daughter and current CEO of House Gloriana; and Glory or Gloriana III (27), the head KN biotech architect for the House. Glory manages and oversees the day-to-day production work, Gloriana II oversees the projects and design lines that the House has patented, and Gloriana I decides on which projects go to market or end up scrapped.

— Gloriana I is a cunning and cruel woman who, after her husband's early death, had seized control of his pharmaceutical company to build an empire of her own. Notably, she had disowned her three sons when they attempted to overthrow her as CEO; she went as far as to have them imprisoned for life on trumped up charges. Allegedly, she keeps her sons' families hostage to ensure they stay behaved in jail.

— Gloriana II, while warmer than her mother by miles, is just as cunning and ruthless. She was a crucial proponent in House Gloriana's bid for power among the Houses, and is assumed to have blood on her hands - it has long been rumored that Gloriana's longstanding alliance with Hapsburg was due to her having killed the House Hapsburg CEO's brother Ferdinand, with whom she was romantically engaged with. (Ferdinand was known to have been fighting against his brother, planning to separate and form his own House. As author to many Hapsburg patents, Ferdinand's leaving would have meant a considerable payout from the House to buy out his own IP rights.) Gloriana II and Ferdinand have a daughter, Gloriana III.

— Glory is in her own right an accomplished cosmetic surgeon, with two degrees in bioengineering, and is considered a celebrity among the many figures in the KN medical society. Pairing her intelligence and good looks with her mother's marketing shrewdness, Glory was the poster girl for the House when she was growing up, often showcasing the features of their products in video ads and interviews. She's since distanced herself from this image and now heads the Physical Design Department of the House.

— SEX TRADE It's apparent that many of the clones House Gloriana produces aren't just to stand around and look pretty; the House has lines exclusively developed for prostitution, claiming that since KNs by law have no rights to consent, consumers may do whatever they please. The House traffics heavily in two particular tastes: the very sturdy clones, which can handle heavy physical abuse, and the weakened ones, designed to be more frail than is normal even for baseline humans. Gloriana as a House also has little to no compunctions regarding the visible age of their KN2s, which lends to the controversy surrounding the House's operations.

— NANNIES & MANNEQUINS Another of Gloriana's product lines are nannies and mannequins, the former targeting families who desire a highly-trained maid for their children and elderly, while the latter is for those whom, quite frankly, a mirror no longer suffices. Many fashion designers prefer Gloriana's "dolls" because of their incredible sense of balance and inability to speak (they are designed not to have vocal chords).

— CANNIBALISM The House sells clones to be eaten, and has in fact developed a line that creates a unique salt-sweet flavor to KN2 meat. These clones are auctioned annually in discreet parties, as the legality of these auctions are technical.

— BODY HORROR House Gloriana may be discerning, but they are not discriminate. They experiment on people from all over the world, and at different stages of life; it's been debated whether or not Gloriana is more cruel than its neighbor, Bathory, which showcases organs in public. Often, these experiments are done without any anaesthesia, and those who don't die on the table but are not viable for future projects are either euthanized or sold off for hunting parties. (Hunting parties are exactly as they sound.)
